Concrete Cleaning and Restoration

We are experts in cleaning, restoring and protecting concrete surfaces, from industrial flooring and paths, to carparks and large concrete spaces. We offer a variety of specialist services, including high pressure cleaning, softwashing and concrete sealing to preserve and extend the lifespan of concrete areas.

Industrial Sweeping

HOSED- Building and Gutter own an industrial, ride-on sweeper with a HEPA filtration system. Our sweeping service not only removes dust and debris from large areas, it can also be used to remove hazardous particles and to target hard to reach areas in large spaces.

Roof, Solar and Gutters

Our premier exterior maintenance and cleaning services includes cleaning and protecting property's roofs, solar panels and gutter systems. We use industrial-grade equipment to remove built up residue and hazardous organic matter on roofs and solar panels and an advanced gutter vacuum and cleaning system to ensure gutters are free from debris and operational.
